The miniature horse world is learning who Salsa is. With his sons, Oak Bay Mi Amigo, Oak Bay Salsa Caliente, and Oak Bay Salsa Chipotle being World Champions, he continues making his mark on the miniature horse industry. Salsa continues to produce consistent, world champion quality foals. His daughters made their debut in 2011, with Oak Bay Black Bean Salsa, Oak Bay Salsas New Moon, and Oak Bay Salsas Marimba joining the list of Grand and Supreme Champions. Salsa's sons, Oak Bay Extreme Possibility and Oak Bay Salsas Designer Genes, were shown by Mike Rosauer and the Stars team and brought home World Champion honors from the 2012 AMHA World Show. Mike also took his daughter, Oak Bay Black Bean Salsa, to the honor of Reserve World Grand Champion Senior Mare. Wingate Training garnered Grands and Supremes with Oak Bay Salsa Redefined and Oak Bay Salsa Chipolte. Chipotle was undefeated at the 2012 World Championship Show in amateur, open and futurity. He was World Grand Champion Junior Stallion and Redifined was the Reserve Champion. Caliente has acquired so many World Grand titles in halter and driving that I have lost count!
